Celebrant Fees reflect many inclusions and I will work with you in a friendly and relaxed manner to craft and deliver your ceremony within an affordable structure.

Every ceremony is special and brings unique facets that you will contribute.  An all-inclusive ceremony, your individualised ceremony should be about both of you, what you believe in and what you want! If you don’t want your celebration to be an ‘insert name here’ ceremony, remember that Celebrant Fees should reflect the work required to make your ceremony what you want it to be.

The price you will be quoted for a fully individualised ceremony is an all-inclusive price with no hidden costs. You know your budget, and I don’t believe you should be hit with surprises!

• Creation and delivery of the ceremony
• Registration of the marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages for the state in which you were married
• Travel to the venue on ceremony day  n.b.  Parking fees and ceremonies more than 40 kilometres from my office will attract an extra charge
• Celebrant and copyright insurance
• Use of wireless PA system when needed so all of your families and guests can hear your ceremony – dependent on access to power
• Two meetings, including a rehearsal for marriage.  Naming ceremonies do not include a rehearsal.
• Attorney General’s Marriage Certificate (marriage ceremonies only)
• Assistance with application for Queensland Births, Deaths & Marriages Marriage Certificate if required
• Digital copy of your ceremony
• Unlimited email and telephone contact
• Plus … lots of fun along the way

Our first meeting is obligation-free. This allows you the opportunity to ‘suss’ me and chat about your wishes and dreams for your ceremony. Together we can create a ceremony for you that is fresh, elegantly relaxed and romantic.

This style of ceremony has set wording with limited extra inclusions allowed.  A rehearsal can be offered at an extra cost. Final pricing is dependent on location, distance to be travelled and guest numbers and starts at –

$495.00 Monday to Friday with a commencement time between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm

$580.00 Saturday and Sunday with a commencement time before 12.00pm

$680.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a commencement time after 3.30 pm

Sometimes you just want to get married!  If that’s you, then an elopement ceremony may be what you are looking for.  This style of ceremony is for the two of you and two witnesses only (total not to exceed four, including the marrying couple…and maybe a couple of children).  It has legal wording only with no alterations and is conducted at my office in McDowall. Pricing on application.

You may require evidence of lodgement of a notice of intended marriage letter for the Home Affairs Department or other Government Authority when submitting an application for a Visa. Immigration and citizenship

Don’t worry if you and your partner are not living in the same country.  I have handled this scenario many times before, and I will help make it an easy process.  You will need to submit the Notice of Intended Marriage form with me as your Celebrant.  I will raise a letter to the relevant authority confirming that the notice has been lodged with me and you are intending to marry in Australia on your chosen date **the notice of intended marriage is valid for 18 months only from lodgement with me; and you may need to lodge another with me if your marriage is to take place after the initial 18 months has lapsed – this is done at no extra charge from me.  I will help guide you through the Notice of Intended Marriage process and ensure it is done correctly.  And then, when you are ready, we work together to create a wonderful marriage ceremony to celebrate you as a couple.

Cost – $200.00.

$50.00 of this cost will be deducted from your ceremony cost.

All ceremony options attract a non-refundable booking fee of $300.00 and is due and payable within seven days of the invoice date. The balance of fees is payable no later than twenty-eight days before your ceremony.

Payment may be made to me by cash or electronic funds transfer to my bank account, and receipts will be issued for all payments made.  Sorry, but credit/debit card facilities are not available.

Extras may include, but are not restricted to, the following:

• excess travel over 80 kilometres – please discuss this with me;
• accommodation;
• parking and/or ferry charges
• costume and/or equipment hire;
• extra meetings or rehearsals;
• correspondence with government departments or other organisations.

Your ceremony date and time are secured only on receipt of the booking fee or full payment.

A full set of terms and conditions is set out in my official invoice/contract.

In the event that I am unable to perform the ceremony, for whatever reason, every effort will be made to locate a replacement Celebrant, and all monies owing will be payable to that Celebrant. If I am unable to organise another Celebrant to attend, all fees paid shall be refunded, excluding any payment made for services that have already been executed (e.g. marriage visa letters). These will be forwarded to your new Celebrant.

Once the balance of fees is paid sorry but no refund is available.
