Celebrant Fees reflect many inclusions and I will work with you in a friendly and relaxed manner to design and deliver your ceremony within an affordable structure.

Each and every ceremony is special and brings with it unique facets that you will contribute.  An all inclusive ceremony, your individualised ceremony should be about the both of you, what you believe in and what you want! Your celebration should never be an ‘insert name here’ ceremony, so remember Celebrant Fees should reflect the work required to have your ceremony be what it is you want it to be.

The price you will be quoted for a fully individualised ceremony is an all-inclusive price with no hidden costs. You know what your budget is, and I don’t believe you should be hit up with surprises!

• Creation and delivery of ceremony
• If applicable, registration of the marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages for the state in which you were married
• Travel to venue on ceremony day
• Celebrant and copyright insurance
• Use of wireless PA system when needed so all of your guests can hear (and to play your chosen music during your ceremony)
• Two meetings, including a rehearsal for marriage, commitment and renewal of vows ceremonies Naming ceremonies do not include a rehearsal.
• Attorney General’s Marriage Certificate (marriage ceremonies only)
• Assistance with application for Queensand Births Deaths & Marriages Marriage Certificate if required
• Presentation certificate and a copy of your ceremony for both mothers
• Unlimited email and telephone contact
• Plus … lots of fun along the way

Our first meeting is obligation free. This allows you the chance to ‘suss’ me out and to chat about your wants and dreams for your ceremony. Together we can make it fresh, elegantly relaxed and romantic.

I do offer a Registry Office style marriage ceremony. This style of ceremony has set wording with limited extra inclusions allowed.  A rehearsal can be offered at an exta cost. Final pricing is dependent on location and guest numbers and starts at

$480.00 Monday to Friday with a commencement time between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm

$580.00 Saturday and Sunday with a commencement time prior to 3.00pm

$680.00 Friday and Saturday with a commencement after 3.30 pm

Sometimes you just want to get married!  If that’s you then an elopment ceremony may be what you are looking for.  This style of ceremony is for the two of you and two witnesses only (total not to exceed four including the marrying couple).  It has legals only set wording with no alterations allowed and is conducted at my office in McDowall. Pricing starts at

$405.00 Monday to Friday with a commencement time between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm at my office in McDowall. Ceremonies commencing after 3.00pm attract Saturday and Sunday prior to 12.00pm pricing.

$455.00 Saturday and Sunday with a commencement time prior to 12.00pm at my office in McDowall.

$555.00 Saturday and Sunday with a commencement time after 12.30 pm at my office in McDowall.

All ceremony options attract a non-refundable booking fee of $300.00 and is due and payable within seven days of the invoice date. The balance of fees is payable no later than twenty eight days prior to your ceremony.

Payment may be made to me by cash or electronic funds transfer to my bank account and receipts will be issued for all payments made.  Sorry, but credit card facilities are not available.

Extras may include, but are not restricted to, the following:

• excess travel over 100 kilometres – please discuss this with me;
• accommodation;
• parking and/or ferry charges
• costume and/or equipment hire;
• extra meetings or rehearsals;
• correspondence with government departments or other organisations.

Your ceremony date and time is secured only on receipt of the booking fee or full payment.

A full set of terms and conditions are set out in my official invoice/contract.

In the event that I am not able to perform the ceremony, for whatever reason, every effort will be made to locate a replacement Celebrant and all monies owing will be payable to that celebrant. If I am unable to organise another Celebrant to attend, all fees paid shall be refunded, excluding any payment made for services that have already been executed (e.g. marriage visa letters). These will be on-forwarded to your new Celebrant.

Once the balance of fees is paid no refund is available.
