Who pays for the Bridesmaid’s Dresses and Wedding Expenses?
Different cultures have different views on who pays for the bridesmaid’s dresses and wedding expenses.
Some cultures consider it to be the Bride’s or her family’s responsibility.
How many are in the bridal party and what outfits are chosen will impact on costs. Increasingly we are seeing a trend where small bridal parties are in an outfit of their own. Bridesmaid’s designer outfits are costly.
Being part of a bridal party can be stressful for some as the Bride and Groom may not be aware of other’s financial situations. Sometimes we don’t want to openly admit we can’t afford the outfits.
Groomsmen and Bridesmaids are an integral part of ensuring the couple arrive on time and in good shape. Remember they will most likely work hard on your wedding day and will deserve a reward.
